It was chilly outside yesterday. My 15 yo daughter and I got groceries, and again I forgot the yarn I need to complete a scarf. Went to CVS pharmacy drive thru. There we were ignored for several minutes by a redheaded bimbo. The sliding window was half open and the bimbo was standing there, had seen us, but was doing something else. I get tired of waiting and turn on the radio to some bilegerent rap song and turn it up louder, then louder and then louder till bimbo finally remembers what her job is and opens the glass and askes to help us, at which point I turn off the radio. I tell her I'm here to pick up an Rx and give her my name. She closes glass and walks away. A few moments later she comes back to the window laughing, opens the glass and askes "what was your name again" Okay, I'm very close to saying, " why don't you tell me your name sweetie" but don't I tell her my name again, but I am getting angry. She finally comes back with my Rx, the same Rx I have been getting at the same store for years, and she askes me for my address. WTF??? I say in a condescending tone"you want my address???" yes, so I tell her the address, then she wants my DOB, I give her my DOB and start to ask if she needs to know what time I took a shower this morning too, but agian I hold back, she is holding my Rx in her hand, turns around looking behind her and shuts the damn glass again. I drive off, I've had it with this pharmacy anyway, they have lousey customer service anymore.
I get my Rx transferred to Walgreens, and go there, then I screw up at the check out, thinking I am getting 2 dollars cash back, I push the 2 dollar button, only to find out I have donated 2 dollars to someplace I did not intend to. I felt deceived and had staff there void the transaction and then re-enter the transaction without the donation added. My fault for not paying attention, and I don't mind donating money if I do so intentionally, but if I will not do so if I feel like the methods are dishonest or shady.
