I thought I was very cool. I had spent hours in the opthamologist's office trying to find the perfect pair of glasses. I got them tinted orange, with gold sides. I had to wait almost two weeks before they were finished and ready to pick up (that was in the days before LensCrafters "glasses in about an hour" land).
I wore them to school and the kids pointed and laughed at them. I never wore them again and lied to my parents that I was wearing them :) | Comments
