Baird Duschatko has been working in the music industry for over 11 years, and has been an integral member in the operations and development of several independent record labels, publicity and distribution companies. In 2005, he started a management and consulting company, Igneous Music Group, developing the careers of many independent bands and solo musicians in New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Baird draws from his long-time devotion to the evolution of human consciousness through the arts, as well as his long-time experience in public relations, project management and media production to assist in the development and implementation of the Bands For Lands mission.
