My name is Alice. I was born in the mid-1950s to a hardworking, single mother. I was her second child and only daughter - or so I thought.


I attended public schools while growing up in Florida. I lived in California, Okinawa, and the Dominican Republic before making my home in North Carolina in 1990.


My life experiences are widely varied and range from the typical to the slightly bizarre. My interests are basic - self, family, and community. I hope you find something in my sharing that is helpful to you.
