About Me Empower. Impassion. Thrive.
I have a wide variety of interests, but these three words bring them all together. Whatever I do, where ever I go, this is what I want for both myself and others. Whether it is helping my children grow and develop into amazing people, working with women to receive the support they want and need to develop the life they long for, or sharing my perspective on life in my writing, my intention is the same:
To Empower: to help myself and others find within ourselves the ability to achieve our goals, dreams and desires. I believe we have within us the wisdom and insight we need to accomplish anything.
To Impassion: to help myself and others make a deep and lasting connection with the meaning and purpose that will inspire us, and move us forward toward our dreams. I believe we all deserve to feel excited and passionate about the life we live and create for ourselves.
To Thrive: to help myself and others continuously expand abundance in our lives. I believe we get trapped in the challenges of day to day living, but that we can move through it into a life of joy and in so doing, help others experience that joy as well.
I live these values by:
- working with women who feel torn between the “have to’s” and the “want to’s” to remove the guilt and create more time and energy for what’s most important to them.
- by mentoring first-time authors who feel lost, afraid or stuck to remove the blocks, discover their own unique creative process, and hold their completed book in their hands.
- and through my personal writing and stories. This year my first book titled, Who Am I?, was released. It’s a self-coaching book for women who want that something “more” out of life, but don’t know where to start.
My personal interests include spending time with my two kids, hiking, reading (of course!), cross stitching, and trying new things. I went skydiving (once), have done some painting, am seeing if calligraphy is up my ally or not, would love to try my hand at pottery, grew up sewing, and can often be found wandering the house looking for something to clean out, redecorate, or rearrange. Just don’t ask me to do any gardening — although I can grow anything, the fact that I forget to water it later seems to have a negative impact on the ultimate results!
