Sarah S [Sarita] |

Hey! My name is Sarah, and I have a ton of other nicknames. I am 29 and love to write. I love the way that words can come together to create an experience you can almost see, hear, taste, smell.
I love learning about my family history and what life was like for them. I love to talk to the elder members of my family to hear their stories. It is very important, someday it may be too late to hear them, and then the legacy is lost. I have missed out on getting to know so many of my relatives and knowing my history, I just cannot afford to waste anymore time. I love to write them down, so that when I have kids and grandkids, I can share where our family has been. The same goes for my story. Funny how our minds work isn't it? Funny how I try to remember details and dates and sometimes even names, and somehow, the details get fuzzy.
So, at 28, I am finally back in school. I have a new job as a student intern in a prominent goverment contracted agency. I have found a church that not only meets my needs, but has prompted me to embrace my religion and that has made a huge difference in my life. I moved in with my mom again for the first time in 8 years having lived on my own...it's weird but working. I love to play board and card and video games! My cousins and I have twice monthly game nights...friends and boyfriends and other family members are always welcome of course! We got back into contact as adults and are ensuring that our paths do not separate again. Family is so important.
I have had few jobs in my life. The YMCA, I did a lot of odds and ends within the YMCA for over 10 years and I still volunteer. I worked at a local hospital for 3 years. I was a server for about 4 1/2 years and now I work as an intern.
I love life. I love people. I love family and friends. I love writing. I love love.
I hope you like my stories.
