Arizona is a special place, the natural beauty of mountains and deserts often reveal heat baked landscapes entailing stretches and pits, bleaklandscapes and snake filled arroyo. Yes, to the traveler through, onehas gained from the beauty that is present in the visuals! Unfortunatelythe landscape may be rich in beauty, but the towns andsmall-mindedness often seem to be unceasing in the shortness ofbreath of same-ness. Look no farther than the town that’s made upof strip-malls and padded by real estate offices ready to sell youthe other half of the perspective, a residency here.
Arizonais a retirement state. It is not rich in the capacity of New Yorkcity, nor tied to the elements of sophistication other than purelylocal understanding that often reveals a sense of small-mindedness,local mindset, and a perseverance for the plain and average, thecowboy perspective, local yore...that Hollywood picture that we wellremembered long ago being some feature testament to a reason to visitsome small crowded tourist venture.
All can be easily forgiven
Onedoesn’t need to travel far once one is here to see beautifullandscapes, but the towns are edging on sameness. And living here oneis reminded of small town-ness where the single biggest issue formost is a days work done, hard work where a person can only make apittance for themselves or family. Hopefully we can understand themindset.
