The Fourth Rule...


  In the twentieth century we had experienced many triumphs as well as tragedies. Some of the advancements in science had been unparalleled, but at the same time, in the same journey for a greater world, the dark shadows of the 20th century, built again to orders far thought removed from the civilization at large. We saw the Kaisers and rules of dark bands of clubs, rule continents through anarchy and control despotism on one side. Others regimes, other reigns of terror built one upon another in the years, sometimes hidden from view in the mid-east, far east, and other parts of the world. We saw trechery in experiment involving human engineering of the societies, first under peaceful purposes, and then unleashed as corruptable experiments, despotic military regimes, tortured parts of the world, and unreprieved ailments of the human political engineering geist, a  flu, hailed as possible paths for the future. Once again we found tragedy in banners, and the mighty cyclops of states raising, exempt from the human condition as the power of control ‘State’

And in the midst, a hope of freedom and liberty at every turn, diguised in the corner as a savior, to be thrust forward out of darkness into the paths laid of the 21st century...which would be begun with all hope and suddenly be cast in to an ever encroaching “Gray Age” which would make all centuries previous shudder, as the shadows themself cast merciless plagues of thought upon the world. Repeated was the 20th century in a mask of new, but magnification of the Fourth Rule......
