It Has Been A Rough Year

I am adding this additional chapter to my introduction, because after I initially wrote the introduction, it was very difficult to come back to it and try to make sense of all that I have experienced through the various stages of my life and the trials that I have endured or overcome.  I wish ...

Let's talk about a frustrating case to begin with, combined with an idiotic, robotic supervisor who does not know what it means to reason or use logic, and why the fuck they made her a supervisor I will NEVER fucking know.

Mom was living with a sorry man who would not work and help her take care of her kids in another state.  Mom meets man in our county (of fucking course) on the internet, and moves in with him after talking to him on the internet, but has never met.

Now mom does not have to work.  Mom has the truly most fucked up kid who is only 5 years and male I have ever seen.  I mean his behavior.  He is not a special needs child.  New Boyfriend tries to help mom with fucked up kid's behavior by making him stand in one spot and hold a bag of clothes for a couple minutes.  Kid gets a bruise that covers the whole side of his head and says that Boyfreind hit him with the bag of clothes.  Boyfriend has his own business, construction that takes him out of town for weeks at a time.  Investigator with Law Enforcement believes that boyfriend put the bruise on kid's head with a bag of fucking clothes. we're talking a large bag with cloth handles with one pair of pants and a shirt inside it because when she decides to interview boyfriend, he is out of state on a job, he tells her he will call when he gets back intown.  He does and she arrests him a couple hours later without even questioning him.  The boyfriend and the mother and 4 other grandkids say that kid got this from playing football with them, that while tackling kid who doesn't know how to act, grandkid's knee came up and hit asshole kid in the side of the head, and the bruising is far more consistent with this story than it is with being hit with a fucking sack of clothes.  Also a week after I got the case in case management, the kid gets mad at his mom and slams the door so hard, it bounces back and smacks him in the eye.  He goes to school and says the boyfriend hit him in the eye.  The boyfriend is again out of state on a job.  But still in my supervisor's eyes, the boyfriend is just an SOB who does not deserve the air he breathes and will not allow him to move back into his own home because the Courts HAVE NOTHING on this case and keep continuing it cause they think evidence that does not exist is going to fucking magically appear.

NOw new boyfriend has a child abuse charge on him, and is not allowed to live in his own house.  girlfriend and kids live there, new boyfriend lives with relatives.  This has been going on now for 6 months, actually longer because he was out when I got the case in case management.  They were asked to complete parenting classes, for mom to get counseling and to get the kid counseling. Mom completed her counseling, kid still in counseling.  EVERY TIME I VISIT, kid lays in the floor, fills his mouth with spit to the point that his cheeks bubble out and slaps his cheeks together making spit fly everywhere out of his mouth, that or while grown ups try to talk he lays there shouting "blah blah blah blah blah blah."  Or he lays in thefloor kicking his mom in the legs.  Nothing they do works, she tries to correct him, they try counseling, and the counselor believes the child is a psychopath who does not experience guilt or remorse for anything he does.  I had another case with a mom who was charged with child abuse for leaving her baby in the car while she shops at Walmart, but she is allowed to remain in the home with her kid, THE ENTIRE TIME WE HAD CASE MANAGMENT OPEN.  Yet my supervisor tries to say that she "can't" let this man come back home until his case is heard because it is "agency policy".  WTF!

on the other hand

if they are so innocent, then why am I the one raising heck about it, why aren't they screaming louder at someone other than me?
